Refund Policy

You can cancel a booking prior to 7 days arrival but please note, as per the terms and conditions you agree to on booking, the online booking fee that you paid as part of your booking is non-refundable. 

In exceptional circumstances we will consider a refund of 50% booking fee. This is completely at the discretion of Vijaya Guest House. To cancel a booking, send us the Whats app message or call our numbers mentioned on the website.

In the event the host cancels your booking, we will refund your booking fee paid online. Please note that due to fluctuating foreign exchange rates and other possible banking charges, the company cannot be held responsible for any difference between the amount paid and the amount refunded.
